Responsible Gaming Policy

Responsible Gaming Policy
At Triumph Labs, Inc. we are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring the well-being of our users. Although skill-based real money gaming is legally different than gambling and skill is the determining factor in outcomes individuals may find themselves unable to play responsibly. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, including Sections 2.4 (account suspension), 2.9 (exclusion by Triumph), 2.10 (effect of exclusions and self-exclusion), and 6.5.1 (promotions). We recognize that gaming should be an enjoyable and entertaining experience, and it is our responsibility to support our users in making informed choices about their gaming habits. To uphold this commitment, we have implemented the following Responsible Gaming Policy:
Self-Exclusion:
Users who feel they need a break from gaming or want to exercise control over their gaming activities may request to self-exclude.
Self-exclusion can be initiated through the account suspension feature in the Triumph App, by text message from the phone associated with your account, or through the support chat feature.
Upon receiving a self-exclusion request, our staff will promptly mark the user's account as banned from gaming activities pursuant to this policy.
The self-exclusion period will be determined by the user, with options ranging from temporary suspension to permanent exclusion. If a user requests permanent exclusion they will not be able to use the app with their existing phone number. Triumph may also exclude or restrict a user's access on its own initiative where it believes use of the Platform may be unhealthy, as set forth in Section 2.9 of the Terms of Use, with the effects described in Section 2.10.
The effects of self-exclusion are set forth in Section 2.10 of the Terms of Use. During the self-exclusion period: (a) the user will not be able to deposit funds or purchase prepaid game credits; (b) the user will retain the ability to withdraw any withdrawable balance in accordance with Section 6.3 of the Terms of Use; and (c) unless the user requests a full gameplay restriction, the user may continue to use existing balances, prepaid tournament entry credits, Promo Cash, and Bonus Cash for Tournament entries. Users may request a full gameplay restriction at any time by contacting support, in which case all real-money gaming activity will be blocked for the exclusion period. Users can play free games using the Triumph App if not logged into an account.
Promo Cash, Bonus Cash, referral programs, and other promotions may remain active during a self-exclusion period, and referral amounts may continue to be credited. As set forth in Sections 2.10(e) and 6.5.1 of the Terms of Use, Triumph is not responsible for referral amounts received, or for Promo Cash, Bonus Cash, or other promotional amounts used, converted, or forfeited, during a self-exclusion period.
Account Balance:
Self-exclusion does not affect a user's ability to withdraw. Users may withdraw any withdrawable balance before or during a self-exclusion period, subject to the withdrawal requirements in Section 6.3 of the Terms of Use (including KYC verification). Deposits are non-refundable regardless of exclusion status, and amounts that have not been entered into or won in a Tournament are not withdrawable, as set forth in the Terms of Use. Upon any withdrawal, unused Bonus Cash and unconverted Promo Cash will be forfeited per Section 6.5.1 of the Terms of Use. Users requesting permanent exclusion are strongly encouraged to withdraw all withdrawable funds first, as app access will be terminated; any remaining withdrawable balance will be handled in accordance with Section 12 of the Terms of Use.
Support and Resources:
We provide resources and information to help users make informed decisions about their gaming habits.
Our support team is available to assist users who may have concerns about their gaming behavior or who require further assistance with self-exclusion.
We encourage users to reach out for support if they feel they are experiencing gaming-related issues or if they need guidance on setting limits.
Support can be found on the websites and helplines attached to this policy.
Responsible Gaming Tools:
From time to time we may offer a range of tools and features to empower users to manage their gaming activities responsibly. For additional tools that may be available please contact customer support in the Triumph application. We do not guarantee that any tool may be available or that we will maintain the functionality of any tool.
Promotion of Responsible Gaming:
We actively promote responsible gaming practices through our marketing materials, website, and app.
We collaborate with industry organizations and regulatory bodies to support responsible gaming initiatives and advocate for player protection measures.
Continuous Improvement:
We continuously review and update our Responsible Gaming Policy to ensure it remains effective and aligned with best practices in the industry.
Feedback from users and stakeholders is welcomed and considered in our ongoing efforts to enhance our responsible gaming measures.
