#### 2026 Rips by Triumph Gold Star Giveaway Official Rules

PLEASE NOTE THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 14 OF THE RIPS BY TRIUMPH [TERMS OF USE](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/terms-of-use-rips-by-triumph) WHICH INCLUDES A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING ANY AND ALL PAST, PRESENT, PENDING, OR FUTURE DISPUTES WITH THE SPONSOR TO BE RESOLVED VIA BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.

By participating in the 2026 Rips by Triumph Gold Star Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Giveaway Official Rules (also referred to as the “Official Rules”). Please read these Official Rules before entering the Giveaway. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may (in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) result in disqualification from the Giveaway. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the Official Rules regarding participation as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway only as permitted under Section 11 below.

1\. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The 2026 Rips by Triumph Gold Star Giveaway will begin on October 30, 2026 at 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and end on November 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period to be eligible, except that mail-in Entries must be postmarked no later than November 14, 2026 and received no later than November 24, 2026, as set forth in Section 5. This Giveaway, and any entries into the Giveaway, are subject to, and governed by, these Official Rules.

2\. SPONSOR: This Giveaway is sponsored by Triumph Labs, Inc., Triumph TCG, LLC, and Triumph Arcade, LLC, 891 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 (collectively, “Sponsor”).

3\. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (with certain exclusions noted herein) who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater), or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”).

Entrants who reside or are otherwise located in New York, Florida, Nevada, New Jersey, and Washington are NOT eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

By participating in the Giveaway, all Entrants must accept and agree to be bound by (i) these Official Rules; (ii) the [Rips by Triumph Terms of Use](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/terms-of-use-rips-by-triumph) (“TOU”); and (iii) the [Rips by Triumph Privacy Policy](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/) (the “Privacy Policy”). The TOU and Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with these Official Rules and are incorporated herein. To be eligible to participate in the Giveaway, all Entrants must consent to receive text message (SMS) and/or email communications from Sponsor concerning the Entrant’s participation in this Giveaway.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway: (1) employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of (a) the Sponsor; (b) the legal, promotion and advertising agencies of the Sponsor; (c) any entity connected with the production or administration of the Giveaway; and (d) any immediate family members (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and those living in their household (whether or not related) and of any person referred to above. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial and local laws. Individuals will be required to provide valid identification, and will be subject to verification by the Sponsor, to claim a prize.

4\. MANDATORY PLATFORM DISCLOSURE & RELEASE: This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), X Corp., TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform through which the Rips by Triumph application is distributed or the Giveaway is promoted (collectively, the “Platforms”). Each Entrant fully and completely releases each Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor and not to any Platform.

5\. HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry for the Giveaway:

i) Complete Form Following Purchase. During the Giveaway Period, to participate in the Giveaway, Entrants must download the Rips by Triumph application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, create a user account (if they do not already have one), purchase, and open an Eligible Digital Pack. An Eligible Digital Pack means any digital pack available for purchase on the Rips by Triumph application during the Giveaway Period. Entrants will receive one hundred (100) Giveaway entries (“Entry”) for each dollar ($1) they spend on Eligible Digital Packs. There is no limit to the number of Entries during the Giveaway Period.

ii) Alternative Method of Entry by Mail-In Entry. During the Giveaway Period, Entrants may receive five thousand (5000) Giveaway Entries by sending a standard postcard or piece of white paper (the “Request Card”) which must be at least 4” x 6” inches, unfolded, and placed inside a stamped envelope addressed to the following address: Triumph c/o Jamin Horn (Legal Department) 891 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. There is no limit to the number of Entries that may be received through this Alternative Method of Entry as long as all Entries are postmarked no later than November 14, 2026 and received no later than November 24, 2026. Request Cards postmarked or received after those dates will not be eligible.

To submit the Request Card, the Entrant must comply with the following requirements:

(a) Handwrite their return address on the front of the envelope and the words “2026 Rips by Triumph Gold Star Giveaway Entry”;

(b) Handwrite, in legible text, in either blue or black ink, the following information, in this exact order, on only one side of the Request Card inserted inside the envelope:

     (i) The date;

     (ii) The Entrant’s full name as shown on their governmental identification;

     (iii) The Entrant’s residential address;

     (iv) The Entrant’s email address;

     (v) The Entrant’s Rips account information, if any;

     (vi) The Entrant’s telephone number; and

     (vii) The following statement: “I wish to receive an entry into the 2026 Rips by Triumph Gold Star      Giveaway. By submitting this Request Card, I declare that I am an eligible Entrant and have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Rips by Triumph Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Official Rules governing this Giveaway. I agree that Triumph may contact me by email and by text message (including automated text messages) at the email address and telephone number I have provided for purposes of administering this Giveaway.”

(c) The Entrant must ensure their handwriting is legible. If the Entrant’s handwriting is not legible, the entry will be void and the Entrant will not receive the Entry into the Giveaway. The legibility of the Entrant’s handwriting will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement that the Request Card be “handwritten” means the Entrant must personally hand write each entry, and may not use any stencil or copying machine.

(d) Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Request Cards.

iii) Alternative Method of Entry by Web Form. During the Giveaway Period, Entrants may receive one hundred (100) Giveaway Entries for each completed online “AMOE Form” which is accessible at the following [link](https://forms.zohopublic.com/jamin3/form/SweepsWebForm/formperma/29wVp6VqJZwD9t8C1cLamBC411BSVpbso05ptExqI54). There is no limit to the number of Entries that may be received through this Alternative Method of Entry as long as all Entries are received during the Giveaway Period. Incorrect or incomplete Entries will be deemed void in Sponsor’s sole discretion. IT IS ENTRANT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE AMOE FORM IS ACCURATE. SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES SUBMITTED THROUGH THE AMOE FORM.

Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and administration of the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, Entrant consents to the use of their personal information for this purpose.

Each Entrant can only use one (1) Rips by Triumph account to register for, or otherwise participate in the Giveaway. If it is discovered that a person has attempted to: (i) register or create more than one (1) account during the Giveaway Period; and/or (ii) use more than one (1) email address/telephone number to register for, or otherwise participate in, the Giveaway; then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) they may be disqualified from participating in the Giveaway. Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, telephone numbers and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other systems(s) or program(s) to register for or otherwise participate in this Giveaway is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification. Sponsor is the official timekeeper of the Giveaway. All registrations are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Giveaway. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification of the applicable registrations that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Entries, either via purchase or through the Alternative Method of Entry, are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and username provided with Entry (either used to purchase the Eligible Digital Pack or as noted in the Request Card). The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning Entry. Prizes will only be awarded to the authorized account holder.

6\. PRIZE: Five (5) winners (“Selected Entrant(s)”) will receive one of the following prizes (the “Grand Prize(s)”) with the associated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) as listed below:

(a) Pokemon Card - 2005 Gold Star Rayquaza-Holo, EX Deoxys, PSA 7 (ARV $43,590)

(b) Pokemon Card - 2006 Gold Star Mewtwo-Holo, EX Holon Phantoms, PSA 8 (ARV $24,520)

(c) Pokemon Card - 2007 POP Series 5 Umbreon Gold Star, PSA 5 (ARV $19,160)

(d) Pokemon Card - 2006 Gold Star Pikachu-Holo, EX Holon Phantoms, PSA 4 (ARV $11,400)

(e) Pokemon Card – 2006 Gold Star Alakazam-Holo, EX Crystal Guardians, PSA 8 (ARV $7,200)

Prizes will be awarded in the order listed above: the first Selected Entrant drawn will receive Prize (a), the second Prize (b), the third Prize (c), the fourth Prize (d), and the fifth Prize (e). ARVs are based on recent comparable sales as of October 2026; the actual market value of a prize at the time of award may be higher or lower. Each prize will be shipped, insured and at Sponsor’s expense, to the verified winner’s address within the United States within thirty (30) days after the winner’s eligibility has been verified and the required documents have been received, and in any event no later than January 29, 2027. The Grand Prize shall not include or provide any stipend or compensation to the winner.

The Selected Entrants are not entitled to any surplus between actual retail value of prize and stated ARV and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state, or local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of any awarded prize.

7\. WINNER SELECTION: The Selected Entrants will randomly be selected from among all eligible entries received for the Giveaway, in a random drawing to take place on or about November 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) winner per household. Selected Entrants are not eligible for more than one prize.

8\. NOTIFICATION: Each Selected Entrant will be notified that they have been selected (the “Prize Notification”) on or about December 1, 2026 via an in-app notification on the Rips Application and via email, and may also be notified via text message. Winners who enter only through the Alternative Method of Entry will receive the Prize Notification via email and text message using the contact information provided on their Request Card. In order to be eligible to receive a Prize, Selected Entrants will be required to respond to the Prize Notification within three (3) business days. Failure to respond to the Prize Notification within the required time period will result in the Selected Entrant’s forfeiture of the prize.

The Selected Entrant must sign and return within five (5) business days of receipt of the Giveaway documents described below, which Sponsor will provide together with the Prize Notification, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release and any other required materials, which: (i) confirms compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, city and state of residence, voice, statements about the Giveaway and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If the Selected Entrant: (a) fails to return the properly executed Giveaway documents, including Selected Entrant’s affidavit/declaration form, within the specified time; and/or (b) cannot accept the Prize as awarded for any reason; then they may be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible Entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, such drawing to be conducted on or about December 8, 2026, or as soon as practicable thereafter. Any alternate winner so selected will be notified via email or telephone on or about December 8, 2026 (in which case the provisions of this section shall apply to such new Selected Entrant, modified as necessary). Note that provision of your social security number may be required. Selected Entrants will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for prizes exceeding $2,000.00.

The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange or other equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, IF ANY, ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

9\. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF POTENTIAL SELECTED ENTRANTS: POTENTIAL SELECTED ENTRANTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE/APP SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE ENTRANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

10\. CONDITIONS: Selected Entrant consents to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. This includes the use of the Selected Entrant’s name, image, and/or likeness by the Sponsor for promotional content, including video recording of the Selected Entrant’s receipt of their prize. The Selected Entrant must release all rights to any video content recorded and produced by the Sponsor. All entries must be complete to be eligible, and the Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

By entering, participants and Selected Entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and release the Sponsor and its parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Giveaway from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Giveaway and/or use of the prizes, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding; and Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway or violating the Official Rules, the [Rips by Triumph Terms of Use](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/terms-of-use-rips-by-triumph), or the [Triumph Arcade Terms of Use](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/terms-of-use-triumph-arcade).

11\. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries due to, among other things, system errors or failures or otherwise, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, bugs and/or problems related to the online entry; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (e) technical or human error that may occur or be encountered by Entrants in the entry process, or by the Sponsor in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries, including computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, the presence of computer viruses or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; (f) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (g) any injury or damage to persons or property (including death) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines such Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, undermine or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. In the event of a system malfunction or the presence of a virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice or obligation.

Moreover, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Giveaway, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.

12\. DISCLAIMERS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT MAY REQUIRE YOU TO ARBITRATE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND CLAIMS WITH SPONSOR AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM SPONSOR: Each participant hereby forever discharges, releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, contractors, suppliers and partners (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in the Giveaway, or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, sponsorship or marketing benefits provided under the Giveaway. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, including but not limited to any prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and in accordance with [Section 14 of the TOU](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/terms-of-use-rips-by-triumph#id-14.-dispute-resolution), titled “Dispute Resolution.” FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, SECTION 14 OF THE TOU (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN. BY AGREEING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SECTION 14 OF THE TOU. THE PARTIES HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES, INCLUDING DISPUTES REGARDING THE ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE TOU, AND THE ARBITRABILITY OF ANY DISPUTE ARE SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”), PURSUANT TO ITS CURRENT CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, ITS MASS ARBITRATION RULES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 14 OF THE TOU.

This Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to Delaware’s conflict of law principles.

If for any reason a dispute is deemed by an arbitrator to not be subject to arbitration in accordance with Section 14 of the TOU, any action or litigation concerning this Giveaway shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in New Castle County, Delaware, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.

All participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event any party challenges a term or provision of these Official Rules, the party hereby expressly waives any and all opportunities to recover any amount from Sponsor and the Released Parties relating to this Giveaway or otherwise. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Delaware. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, IF ANY. EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF PARTICIPANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PERSON OR ENTITY’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR THE AWARD OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE A PRIZE, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ASPECT OF A PRIZE, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR OR ANY RELEASED PARTY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Sponsor and the Released Parties disclaim any liability from and in connection with the Giveaway, any Game, any prize, or any component thereof.

13\. PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY: All personal information collected by the Sponsor will be used for administration and promotion of the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right and all Entrants expressly agree that the Sponsor may use the name and/or pseudonym of the Selected Entrant and/or all photographs and videos at whatever location such visual material may be produced, except as prohibited by law. Use may include the Internet, such as the websites of the Sponsor, its social network pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and other publicity, magazines, catalogs or other media. Entrants consent to Sponsor contacting you via in-app notification, your phone number or your email concerning the Giveaway, including notifying you if you are a winner of a prize. You warrant, represent, and agree that you have the right to provide your phone and email to Sponsor in connection with any Entry and the Giveaway, and to have Sponsor contact you at such phone number and email, even if such phone number or email is provided by an employer.

14\. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNER LIST: These Official Rules are subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, the Sponsor's TOU, which are expressly incorporated herein and can be accessed [here](https://docs.triumpharcade.com/terms-of-use-rips-by-triumph). If there is any conflict between the TOU and these Official Rules, the Official Rules take precedence but only in relation to the operation of Giveaway and specifically, the dispute resolution provision in Section 14 of the TOU applies. In the event of any conflict with any details regarding the Giveaway contained in these Official Rules and details published elsewhere by the Sponsor, the details set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway, including through unlawful access to the Rips by Triumph App (including through unlawful access to the App or the use of non-public information) or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. In such event, Sponsor may terminate an individual's ability to participate in the Giveaway and/or refuse to award or seek the return of any prizes. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY INCLUDING ANY USE OF NON-PUBLIC INFORMATION OR OTHER CHEATING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Winners will also be listed on the Rips by Triumph App. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may also be announced on social media platforms. You may also obtain a list of winners by writing your name and address on a "3x5" card and mailing it in an envelope to: : Triumph c/o Jamin Horn (Legal Department) 891 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the winner is announced and requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the announcement of the applicable winner is determined.
